We want your child's experience to be a safe and happy one. The following guidelines
will help the childcare staff provide the very best care for your child during his or her
visit to the Nursery:

  • Children three months of age and older are accepted into the Nursery. The infant room
is now open in Natick for children under three months.

  • Children who are under five years old, must be placed in the Nursery or accompanied by an adult while in the Club. Once in the playroom, children must remain until a parent picks them up. Older siblings are welcome, but they must be registered guests of the Nursery and they must also stay in playroom until their parent returns.

  • Please call 1 hour in advance if you are unable to keep your reservation. When you do
not show up for your childcare reservation, it is an inconvenience to other members who
may have wanted a spot in the playroom. In the event that you do not call when you
are unable to show up for your reserved time, you will be charged for that reserved time
at the posted rate. Please note: The staff will wait 15 minutes for late arrivals. In
the event that there are no children left in the nursery, the staff will close for the day.

  • Please bring a diaper bag for your baby, and label all items, especially bottles.

  • For the safety of our children, we cannot allow food to be brought into the nursery. We
will provide Cheerios and plain crackers. You may bring a juice cup, labeled with your
    child's name.

  • PLEASE DO NOT BRING MILK PRODUCTS. This ensures that all of our children, particularly
those with allergies, enjoy a safe environment.

  • Additionally, we strongly discourage bringing toys from home. It is very difficult for young
children to share these possessions, and they may be inappropriate for all ages. We have
a well-stocked playroom for your child to enjoy.

  • To ensure a comfortable stay, please be sure your child's needs are met before dropping
him/her off (i.e.; fed and clean diaper). We cannot be responsible for potty training your
    child.

  • Visits are limited to 2 hours 15 minutes (2 hours in Natick), unless prior arrangements are
made with staff for special circumstances, and you must remain on the premises. Please
let us know where you'll be in the club. HEALTH RULES: In order to maintain a healthy and
sanitary playroom, please do not bring your child to the club if they have had diarrhea,
fever, or vomiting in the last 24 hours; are in the first 3 days of a cold; or have a
contagious illness of any kind. The childcare staff reserves the right to refuse any child
that they feel is too ill to stay.

  • We will retrieve a parent if a child appears ill or has been crying for 15 minutes and
cannot be comforted. Excessive crying upsets the other children and diminishes the
chance that the child will do well during the next visit.

Thank you for following our guidelines!
