Whether

The Longfellow Club's cutting edge cardio and strength training equipment. The
Longfellow Club's fitness rooms have the most up-to-date exercise equipment
suited for every individual's level of exercise. We have a cardio theater system,
which allows you to listen to selected music or watch television while working
out. The goal of the Longfellow Fitness Department is to assist our members
in achieving their personal goals through education, time effective programs
and a fun, motivating atmosphere. You can click here to learn more about the

One on one personal training is available by our ACE (American Council on Exercise, endorsed by IHRSA) Certified fitness staff (male and female), and all fitness members receive the FREE HealthStart Program. The Longfellow Clubs also offer Keiser Studies and Classes throughout the year and a HealthMasters program for seniors.
