our state-of-the-art aerobics studios, we offer a wide range of classes
that focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning for all levels.
Our instructors are professional, caring and eager to help you reach your
exercise goals. We have a wide variety of classes designed to challenge
and inspire you. We now have Power Pacing classes for the bike enthusiasts,
as well as Barbell workout classes, for an excellent full body strength
workout. We offer early morning, midmorning and evening classes for your
convenience.
